NOVEMBER 2015 $1000 DIRECT MAIL OFFER PROMOTION

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called November 2015 $1000 Direct Mail Offer Promotion (“November 2015 $1000 DM Offer”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals who (i) personally receive an invitation from Sunrun to participate in the November 2015 $1000 DM Offer, (ii) either physically present the invitation to a member of the Sunrun sales team prior to signing the Sunrun Customer Agreement or contact Sunrun through a phone number included in the invitation and (iii) sign a Sunrun Customer Agreement and receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement within the Promotional Period (the “Participant”). Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties and such recipients are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the November 2015 $1000 DM Offer and to the Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) located at sunrun.com/tos/general-terms-and-conditions-for-sunrun-inc-promotional-offers which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from November 1, 2015, to November 30, 2015, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on November 30, 2015.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive a $1,000.00 Visa® Reward Card (the “Offer Reward”). Reward Cards are issued by U.S. Bank National Association pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards are not: redeemable for cash, for use at automated gasoline pumps or for cash withdrawals at ATMs. Reward Cards expire 6 months after issuance. The Offer Reward shall be payable 4 to 8 weeks after (i) installation has begun on the Participant’s solar facility and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.

OCTOBER 2015 $1000 DIRECT MAIL OFFER PROMOTION

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called October 2015 $1000 Direct Mail Offer Promotion (“October 2015 $1000 DM Offer”).
