2024 SUNRUN $12 FOR 12 MONTHS OFFER

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2024 Sunrun $12 for 12 Months Offer (“Promotional Offer”). The exclusive 2024 Sunrun $12 for 12 Months Offer is a Special Promotion, and is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth below.

Eligibility Requirements: This promotion is open to individuals (“Participants”) who (i) receive an invitation to participate in the 2024 Sunrun $12 for 12 Months Offer from Sunrun Inc., or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative, during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a new Sunrun Monthly Power Purchase Agreement or Lease Customer Agreement for any Sunrun PV system with a Battery Storage product during the Promotional Period, (iii) enroll in ACH Autopay before the Participants’ Sunrun PV system receives Permission To Operate (PTO) and stay enrolled in ACH Autopay for the first 12 months of Sunrun billing from a bank account in the name of the Participant, and (iv) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by December 31, 2024. For the avoidance of doubt, Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties, such recipients are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

Monthly bill credit promotions are valid only for the original Sunrun System owner. Monthly bill credit promotions are considered invalid at the moment service is transferred. This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. This offer is available to new customers only.

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2024 Sunrun $12 for 12 Months Offer and to these Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from November 15, 2024 through November 30, 2024, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on November 30, 2024.

Offer Reward: Eligible Participants will receive a Sunrun bill credit resulting in a $1 per month bill for the first 6 months of Sunrun billing (the “Offer Reward”). If the eligibility requirements set forth above are met for the first six (6) months of promotional bill credit, then the Participant will receive a single lump sum gift card for the value of six (6) months of Sunrun billing that will represent the Offer Reward for Sunrun billing months seven through twelve (7-12). This Promotional Offer may be subject to a qualifying rate per kWh. If the Participants' rate does not qualify for the Promotional Offer, upon request a qualifying rate may be provided by a Sunrun sales representative. On Sunrun FlexSolar projects the Offer Reward value will be calculated using the Year 1 Minimum Monthly Bill amount that is equivalent to no more than 100% utility offset. There still may be a charge for any applicable taxes as the credit applies only to the solar and storage (as applicable) monthly charges. The Offer Reward does not include credit or any other payment of a customer’s electric or any other utility bill. Participants must meet all Eligibility Requirements. This Offer Reward is not applicable to purchased systems or any Prepaid contracts. The Offer Reward is payable after installation is complete on the Participant’s Solar Facility and if, and only if, the Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing, as defined by the Sunrun Customer Agreement, including enrollment in ACH Autopay. Participants may become ineligible for this promotion at any time if the Participant is (i) not enrolled in ACH Autopay using a bank account under Participant’s name at any point during the first 12 months after the system receives PTO, or (ii) not in good standing (including a balance past due) at any point during the first 12 months after the system receives PTO.

Any Offer Rewards described herein shall be in lieu of any other rewards.

This offer is made by Sunrun. Sunrun reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the 2024 Sunrun $12 for 12 Months Offer, or substitute the Offer Reward for any reason. At Sunrun’s sole discretion, at any time during the Promotional Period or during the twelve (12) month period after any Participants have reached PTO, Sunrun may elect to issue the remainder of any Offer Reward due to a Participant as a lump sum gift card. If Sunrun makes this election, bill credits will cease to be issued and a gift card(s) representing approximately the same value the customer would obtain through future bill credits (rounded up or down to the nearest $10), will be issued to the Participant within 120 days of Sunrun making such election. The gift card may be in the form of a VISA® gift card issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards. Sunrun reserves the right to fulfill gift card Offer Rewards using a different bank and a different reward card processor. Reward Cards expire 6 months after issuance. Participants agree to these Cardholder Agreement Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Promotions. At Sunrun’s sole discretion, at any time during the Promotional Period or during the twelve (12) month period after any Participants have reached PTO, Sunrun may also elect to continue to issue bill credits instead of a lump-sum gift card. If Sunrun makes this election, bill credits would continue to be issued for months seven (7) through twelve (12), or any remaining period in the promotion, provided that the Participant continues to meet all eligibility requirements, and a gift card is not issued.

Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this Promotional Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
