2024 Sunrun Vivint Smart Home Offer
Program Guidelines
Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2024 Sunrun Vivint Smart Home Offer. The exclusive 2024 Sunrun Vivint Smart Home Offer is a Special Promotion, and is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth below.
Eligibility Requirements: This promotion is open to individuals (“Participants”) who (i) receive an invitation to participate in the 2024 Sunrun Vivint Smart Home Offer from Sunrun Inc., or a Sunrun-authorized sales representative during the Promotional Period, (ii) sign a new Sunrun Customer Agreement for any Sunrun PV system in the State of Texas during the Promotional Period, and (iii) receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Sunrun Customer Agreement by February 28, 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties, such recipients are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.
By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the 2024 Sunrun Vivint Smart Home Offer and to the Terms and Conditions for Sunrun Inc. Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.
Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from December 16, 2024, to January 31, 2025, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on January 31, 2025.
Offer Reward: Eligible Participants will receive a Vivint Smart Home Package with one year free security monitoring (the “Offer Reward”). The Vivint Smart Home Package includes:

-Smart Hub - wall unit
-1 Doorbell Camera Pro
-1 Smart Thermostat
-3 door/window sensors
-Access to Vivint Customer Mobile App
The Vivint Smart Home Package will be installed in Participant’s home when the Sunrun Customer Approved Plan (CAP) is fully executed. The Vivint Smart Home contract will auto renew after the first year of Smart Home service. Participant can cancel the monitoring service at any time by contacting Vivint directly at 800-216-5232. Upon cancellation, Participant will continue to have use of their in-home system, but lose access to Vivint Customer Mobile App and forfeit security monitoring services. If the Sunrun PV installation is cancelled after the Vivint Smart Home is installed, the customer agrees to pay Vivint $49.99 for a 60 month term.
Customer’s Limit of one Offer Reward per customer or customer address. Units may not be returned to Sunrun or exchanged for cash. Sunrun makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose about any part of the Offer Reward.
Miscellaneous: Sunrun reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any Participant who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the Promotional Offer in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, or applicable laws, statutes or ordinances, as determined by Sunrun. Additionally, Sunrun reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time. Sunrun is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Participants.
Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this Promotional Offer will be collected and used in accordance with Sunrun’s Privacy Policy.
