Promotion Name: This offer promotion is called the 2020 Q1 Ditch Your Generator Offer Promotion (“Ditch Your Generator Offer”).

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (the “Participant”) who (i) respond to Sunrun’s online advertisement by submitting their information on www.Sunrun.com/DitchYourGenerator between February 17, 2020 and March 30, 2020, (ii) sign a Sunrun Brightbox Agreement and receive Sunrun Sign Off to that Customer Agreement by April 30, 2020. Sunrun will not accept invitations to participate from third parties and such recipients are not eligible to receive an Offer Reward.

By participating in the promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the Ditch Your Generator Offer and to the Sunrun Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offers (the “Offer Terms and Conditions”) located at http://www.sunrun.com/tos/general-terms-and-conditions-for-sunrun-inc-promotional-offers which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Sunrun and Participant and supersede all other agreements, whether written or oral. All capitalized terms not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed in the Offer Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Sunrun. Sunrun customers who have purchased a Sunrun Solar System through a wholesale retailer may be ineligible to participate.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from February 17, 2020, to March 31, 2020, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2020.

Offer Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive a $750 Visa® Reward Card (the “Offer Reward”). Reward Cards are issued by U.S. Bank National Association pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Rewards Cards are not: redeemable for cash, for use at automated gasoline pumps or for cash withdrawals at ATMs. Reward Cards expire 6 months after issuance. The Offer Reward shall be payable 6 to 8 weeks after (i) installation has begun on the Participant’s solar facility and (ii) confirmation that Participant’s Sunrun accounts are in good standing as defined in the Sunrun Customer Agreement.
